After facilitating a two-day team workshop to establish the Activation team's strategy for 2023, we achieved a collective understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by users when starting on Squarespace and building their websites. The main project for the year, was to create a linear onboarding flow that reduced the time it took to see value on Squarespace, by using AI to generate personalized text for a user’s entire website.

I worked with a small team comprised of design, product and engineering partners to pitch the vision to Senior Leadership and delivered the MVP and subsequent iterations.
